- 10% off parts and labor on every repair, every visit
- Free diagnostic with repair — we waive the diagnostic fee when you book a repair through your membership
- Warranty protection support — regular documented maintenance helps you meet manufacturer maintenance requirements and keeps your warranty intact
Members Jump to the Front of the Line
When a heat wave rolls through Metro Detroit in July or temperatures drop hard in February, every HVAC company in the area gets slammed. Non-members wait. Members don't.
Priority scheduling means we fit you in first — not because we like you more, but because you planned ahead. That's the deal, and we honor it every time.
Is an HVAC Maintenance Plan Worth It?
The math is straightforward. A single emergency repair call in Metro Detroit averages $300–$500 or more before parts. Members save 10% on every repair and avoid the diagnostic fee entirely when a repair is booked. Two tune-ups a year also catch the small problems — a cracked heat exchanger, a refrigerant issue developing slowly, a blower motor running hot — before they become the $1,200 call at 10 p.m. on a Friday.
Beyond the savings, twice-yearly maintenance keeps your system running at peak efficiency, which reduces monthly energy costs and extends equipment life. Most manufacturers also require documented regular maintenance to honor a warranty claim. If you skip tune-ups and something fails under warranty, the claim can be denied.
For most homeowners, the plan pays for itself on the first repair.
What Happens at Each Tune-Up Visit
Our maintenance visits aren't a checkbox exercise. We run a full inspection and performance check on your system — not just a filter swap and a handshake.
We inspect your furnace or boiler for heat exchanger cracks, burner performance, flue integrity, gas pressure, and safety controls. Filters are checked and replaced as needed. If something looks off, we tell you — and give you an honest assessment of whether it needs attention now or can wait.
Step 1: Heating System Inspection (Fall Visit)
We check refrigerant levels, inspect coils and condensate drainage, test capacitors and contactors, verify airflow, and run the system through a full operational cycle. We're looking for the small things that turn into big failures mid-summer.
Step 2: Cooling System Inspection (Spring Visit)
After every visit, you get a clear summary of what we found, what we did, and what — if anything — we recommend. No pressure. No manufactured urgency. Just an honest picture of where your system stands.
Step 3: Written Summary and Recommendations
Financing Available if a Repair Comes Up
Sometimes a tune-up uncovers something that needs to be fixed. We offer financing through Optimus and Klarna — with approvals available for credit scores as low as around 540 and 18-month deferred interest options — so a repair doesn't have to become a financial crisis.
Frequently Asked Questions About Our HVAC Maintenance Plan
Is an HVAC maintenance plan worth it for Metro Detroit homeowners?
For most homeowners, yes. Two tune-ups a year catch developing problems before they become emergency repairs. Members also save 10% on every repair and avoid the diagnostic fee when a repair is booked — so the plan typically pays for itself the first time something needs attention.
What does "priority service" actually mean?
It means when you call during peak season — a July heat wave or a February cold snap — we schedule members before non-members. You won't be told the next available appointment is five days out while your house is 90 degrees inside.
Does the plan cover both my furnace and my air conditioner?
Yes. The twice-yearly plan includes one heating system visit each fall and one cooling system visit each spring. If you have a boiler, mini split, or other system type, we service those too.
What's included in the free diagnostic benefit?
When you book a repair through your membership, we waive the diagnostic fee. The diagnostic is how we identify what's wrong — so you're not paying to find out the problem before you pay to fix it.
Do I need to be home for both tune-up visits?
Yes — we need access to your equipment to complete the inspection. We'll schedule both visits at times that work for you, and we'll confirm before we arrive.
Does regular maintenance actually protect my warranty?
Most HVAC manufacturers require documented annual or semi-annual maintenance as a condition of honoring a warranty claim. If a covered component fails and there's no maintenance record, the claim can be denied. Our maintenance visits are documented, and we can provide records if you ever need them.
